Procedures for obtaining student exit letters

Please read carefully:

1. If you borrow a locker key, kindly return the locker to the Student Affairs Bureau.
2. Ensure all questions in the Exit Survey are completed accurately and thoroughly.
3. Please upload all supporting certificate files for your SKPI needs completely and correctly.
4. Upon completing the survey, confirm via email to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. with the subject: Student Exit Letter. Include your NAME, NIM, and PRODI, along with a screen shot as evidence
5. Students’ Exit Letters can be collected after 2 days during working hours following confirmation via email.
6. Students’ Exit Letters will be issued alongside the Locker Exit Letter.

The Bureau of Student Affairs (BIMA) at Bakrie University is dedicated to enhancing student

Flow of Competition Funding Submission:

1. Students form teams / individuals to participate in the competition.
2. Submit a funding proposal to BIMA through the link:

3. BIMA facilitates the submission of commission funds to the Bureau of Finance.
4. Students intending to participate in the competition must reconfirm their competition
